Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of costs on the workforce in construction company. The purpose is to define costs for permanent employees and for external employees in specific construction company, known as a subcontractor.
There are some concepts which are defined, such as wage, wage policy of Czech Republic, prices in construction, workforce. The following part compares if it’s convenient to hire these workforces or to have its own employees. There is a research of costs on individual workforces in the specific construction company
In the end there is an evaluation of benefits of having its own employees or if it’s better to use more subcontractors.

Studentka seznámila členy státní zkušební komise se svou závěrečnou prací, jejíž hlavní náplní byla analýza nákladů na pracovní sílu ve stavebním podniku. Závěrečnou práci obhajovala jasně a srozumitelně. Z jejího přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešila, přistupovala zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděla pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděla správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že studentka svou závěrečnou práci obhájila na výborné požadované úrovni.
