Field Training in Geodesy

Collecting of available geodetic data (maps, information abou property relations, data from geographic information systems etc.) for given real locality, as preparation of project design. Use of geodetic data in designing. Basic measuring methods of data acquisition. Processing of measured data, elaboration of final documentation.

- 1. Introduction.
- 2. Collecting of available geodetic data for given real locality.
- 3. Basic measuring methods of horizontal and vertical data acquisition (determining the position and height of the point, measuring the longitudinal profile). In particular, technical leveling and measurement of angles and lengths with a total station.
- 4. Numerical and graphic processing of measured data.
- 5. Elaboration of final documentation.
