Martial arts -Traditional karate and self-defense

Traditional karate is a very high science of combat as a way of external and internal self-knowledge. The discussed techniques of punches, blocks, cuts, kicks, levers, etc. lead to the so-called todome (final) techniques. The training corresponds to the shotokan style and serves both for sports and for the development of the exercisers.

The course of traditional karate and self-defense is intended for all STVs, ie from beginners to master's degrees, the teaching is divided, ie beginners practice mostly separately from advanced, the basic pillars of teaching are the following:
• kihon techniques
o dachi waza
o tzuki waza
o uke waza (advanced: ate waza, koroshi waza)
o geri waza
• kihon ipon kumite
• jiu-jitsu techniques
• kata (heian 1-5, Bassai, Teki) and bunkaí
for the summer semester - identical to the winter semester in advanced form by cells for higher STV

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit on the basis of active participation at lessons, ie regular attendance with records in the attendance list; 2 unexcused participations are allowed).
Regular attendance with registration in the attendance list, 2 unexcused absences are allowed, apologies orally for absences in advance directly in class or by email in advance, but no later than 24.0 hours after the date of class.
Compensation for missed and unexcused lessons always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other compensation options are in block classes, at CESA courses and sporting events (eg Christmas Games, Sports Day, one-off weekend educational events).

Aims

Understanding the meaning of the journey of a Karate fighter vs. sports competitor.
STV one level higher than at the beginning of the course.
Basic and advanced skills in traditional karate and self-defense.
