Knowledge is verified based on the development and defense of a team project assignment. The assignment is agreed upon and consulted with the teachers during the semester.
Course curriculum
Objective of the course:
a) Provide students with knowledge and knowledge of Czech intellectual property law in the context of the international and community legal framework, including methods for their protection.
b) Characterize legal characteristics and conceptual features of protected objects; Understanding the legal aspects of handling protected objects.
