Lecture using Power Point and a network to illustrate the area

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Knowledge is verified based on the development and defense of a team project assignment. The assignment is agreed upon and consulted with the teachers during the semester.

Course curriculum

Objective of the course:
a) Provide students with knowledge and knowledge of Czech intellectual property law in the context of the international and community legal framework, including methods for their protection.
b) Characterize legal characteristics and conceptual features of protected objects; Understanding the legal aspects of handling protected objects.
c) Understanding the principles and methods of technology transfer.

6. Handling of Intellectual Property
7. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights and Enforceability
8. Development and consultation of team assignments

Aims

Objective of the course: To provide students with knowledge and knowledge of Czech intellectual property law in the context of the international and community legal framework, including methods for their protection.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Participation in lectures, which are led by discussions on the issue, is checked.
