Small mechanisation of building operations

FAST-7W8Acad. year: 2021/2022

Machining and cutting of building materials – drilling, sawing, cutting and cutting through, grinding, milling and planning. Connecting and assembly of pipe materials – thread cutting, bending of piping, welding, soldering, pipe forming, pipe freezing. Production and surfacing of floors and surfaces. Surfacing of walls and building structures – application of mortar, smoothing of plasters, masonry cutting, milling of masonry. Connecting and anchoring technique. Wall-painting and coating works. Small mechanisation for repairs of enclosing shells of buildings.

Aims

·The subject deals with mechanical technology, tools and technology applied at finishing works in construction. It starts with machining and cutting of building materials, joining and assembly of piping, production and treatment of floors, treatment of masonry, joining and anchoring technology, wall painting and coating works and ends with maintenance of roofs and facades. Attention is given to occupational safety with small mechanisation. Diamond technology. Laser technology.
