Cílem předmětu je prohloubit dosavadní znalosti v oblasti vstupu podniku na mezinárodní kapitálové trhy. Absolvováním předmětu posluchači získají potřebné znalosti pro rozhodování o vstupu podniku na lokální i mezinárodní kapitálové trhy, a to jak z pohledu investora, tak i z pohledu emitenta cenných papírů.
