The article apprise with grounding environmental science,with technological devices for termination of harmful substances escape from power station sand heat stations, with emissive and pollution limits, with methods for waste disposal and with relevant laws and orders.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Techning methods include lectures, computer laboratories and practical laboratories. Course is taking advantage of e-learning (Moodle) system. Students have to write a single project/assignment during the course.Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Students will take up with grounding of environment protection and with methods of removing harmful substances, rising by conversion of primary energy to heat and electric energy.
