This paper presents results of existence of solutions and stability of solutions of linear differential matrix systems with delay. Analysis of stability of linear stationary dynamic system with constant aftereffect in the case of commutative matrices is conducted. Conditions for stability are defined, general solution of the system is shown. The method is illustrated with few examples.
