Original Abstract

Velko člankov govori o toplotnih pogojih pri uporabi napajalnikov. Kakorkoli, vse poznane možnosti še vedno niso izkoriščene. Opuščanje ali nepravilna tehnična uporaba lahko težko prihranjeni denar zapravi. Glavna naloga tehnoloških proučevanj je izboljšati delovanje napajalnikov in istočasno dvigniti produktivnost. Videti je, da je toplotno delovanje napajalnikov ena od takih možnosti, še več, v povezavi z numerično simulacijo omogoča pripravo njihove izdelave, kar je pomembno orodje. Uporabili smo eksperimentalne metode, ki so osnovane na merjenju temperaturnega polja, za opis eksotermnih napajalnikov v sistemu kovina - napajalnik - forma. Uporabili smo DTA za določevanje eksotermnega delovanja uporabljenih mešanic. Numerično simulacijo smo izvajali z računalniškim programom NavaCast (v2.5). Namen tega projekta je bil primerjati računalniško simulacijo toplotnega obnaašanja eksotermnih napajalnikov z eksperimentalnimi meritvami. Dobili smo nekaj toplotnih podatkov za eksotermne materiale in jih uporabili v računalniškem vrednotenju.

English abstract

A lot of papers and essays regarding thermal treatment of feeders have already been written. However, all well known possibilities are still not well utilised. Respectively, by neglect or improper technical usage the money so far spent could be lost. The main goal of technological interferences is to improve the function of feeders and at the same time uplift productivity. It seems that thermal treatment of feeders is one such possibility and moreover in relation with numeric simulation applied at the stage of preparation of fabrication, it is a most powerful tool. Experimental methods based on thermal field measuring were used for the description of thermal sleeves behaviour in system metal-sleeve-mould. DTA analysis was used for evaluation of the exothermic behaviour of used admixtures. Numeric simulation was performed on NovaCast (v 2.5) simulation software. The objective of this project was to compare computer simulation of thermal behaviour of exothermic sleeves with experimental measuring. The some thermal data of exothermic materials were obtained via experimental measuring and was subsequently used in computer evaluations.
