Original Abstract

Presented paper is focused on setting the adhesive force between a solid surface and a liquid determination, especially in liquid movement dependence. Nowadays it is generally supposed that the real liquid cleaves on the surface. It means that the relative liquid velocity on the surface is zero. This condition doesn't obtain for the partly wettable and nonwettable materials.
