Original Abstract

Příspěvek prezentuje vliv výměny vzduchu a obrazu proudění na čistotu prostoru operačního pole a jeho v okolí v prostoru aseptického operačního sálu. Na výsledcích 3D modelů a podrobných měřeních prováděných při regulaci operačního sálu ukazuje možnosti snížení průtoků vzduchu oproti standardním hodnotám při změně distribuce vzduchu a zachování jejich třídy čistoty. V závěru ukazuje závislost počtu částic nízké frakce pevného aerosolu na výměně vzduchu v celém prostoru operačního sálu.

English abstract

The paper presents the effect of air exchange and flow patterns on the cleanliness of the operating field and its surroundings in the area of the aseptic operating theatre. Based on the results of 3D models and detailed measurements carried out during the regulation of the operating theater, it shows the possibilities of reducing air flows compared to standard values when changing the air distribution and maintaining their cleanliness class. In conclusion, it shows the dependence of the number of particles of the low fraction of solid aerosol on the air exchange in the entire space of the operating theater.
