Major corporate entities operating in the property development sector are companies that are part of corporate groups which create a network of affiliated entities associated with certain advantages and disadvantages. One of the benefits is being able to better utilise one’s resources and achieve better performance. It can be stated that these companies show significant specific characteristics in the area of debt financing.
