Original Abstract

Nowadays, one of the major trends in IT infrastructure is virtualization and cloud computing. We can manage computing power of servers for systems we need. Computing power is transferred to the servers, so it is possible to minimize computing power of client’s machines, which is one of important advantages of cloud computing. There are many technologies and approaches for virtualization of applications. The article describes two of them, full cloud application and partial cloud application. In full cloud application the whole application and the database are in the cloud. In partial cloud application, only the database is in the cloud and the application is installed at the client. In these two structures of cloud, quantities which are characterizing speed of application in the cloud for both cases were measured.
