Doba, kdy nízké úrokové sazby vedly k přecenění nemovitostí, v mnoha ohledech připomíná někdejší inflační epizody. Kupující snažící se ochránit své úspory před nízkými výnosy jiných typů investic a hledající záchranu před úvěrovou inflací, by ovšem neměli věřit mýtům.

English abstract

The time when low interest rates led to the revaluation of real estate, in many reminiscent of the former inflationary episodes. Buyers trying to protect your savings over the low yields of others types of investments and seeking rescue from credit inflation, however, they should not believe myths.
