Original Abstract

This work deals with the use of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) in new advanced battery applications such as sodium-ion or lithium-sulphur batteries. This group of materials is very interesting from the point of view of application due to their high porosity and variety of properties that can be obtained by modifications of their preparation processes. These features could solve the shortcomings of these new battery types related mainly with the short cycle life.
