Original Abstract

The hedging of public construction contracts against potential business risk is an important thing in the public procurement process. The appropriate selection of protective instruments and adjustment of their parameters can help the contracting authority to protect the potential business risks within the public works contract. This paper analyses the contracts for work in the field of revitalization of school buildings.
