Original Abstract

The general problem is a disproportionate workload of technicians, it means overload with work tasks and the lack of time available. A new trend is the introduction of facility management as a tool leading to increased efficiency performance of builders and other specialists in the management of construction companies and specialists in the construction industry. The article surveys the innovative approaches in education plans so that future specialists to strong work isn’t just boring routine of everyday life, but an asset with high added value, not only for themselves but also for the future employers.
