Original Abstract

This study presents the impact of the presence of water to changes of dielectric properties of epoxy micro-composite system. The samples consists of an epoxy resin that is used as a matrix in composite material. The measurement was carried out by dielectric relaxation spectroscopy in broadband frequency range from 10 -2 Hz to 10 7 Hz. The experiment was measured at temperature 203.15 K before and after heating. The prepared samples were filled with 65 % w/w micro-particles of SiO2 with different medium grain sizes 27, 16 and 6 µm. The goal of this experiment is to investigate the change of dielectric properties before and after the removal of water from prepared samples.
