The problem of development measuring and evaluating of a company strategic efficiency had to met all, who dealt with a strategic managing and competition ability. In this range have been proposed a number of solutions of above-mentioned problem, however, the method called as “Balanced Scorecard“ is highly used and broaden across of late years. This method should be an entire part of information strategy and technology that is a source of goodly competitive advantages nowadays. It’s clear that well managed IT is mean of productivity and efficiency enhancement of enterprise with the help of new organisation and management concept.
