Jedná se o funkční vzorek speciální plnící pistole sloužící pro vývoj, testování a ověření funkčnosti plnění kolejových vozidel pískem. Na tomto zařízení byly testovány možnosti spolehlivého usazení v hrdle pískovače, uzavírání průtoku písku z hubice a možnosti odsávání prostoru pískovače od zvířeného prachu a přetlaku z plnícího systému. Snahou bylo rovněž zjistit požadavky na ergonomii zařízení, možné nedostatky z hlediska bezpečnosti a v neposlední řadě ověřit si technologické možnosti výroby jednotlivých prvků.

This is a sample of special functional filler gun used for development, testing and verification of performance of rail vehicles with sand. On this device have been tested in the establishment of a reliable sandblasting throat, closing the flow of sand from the nozzle and the possibility of exhausting the space swirling dust from sandblasting and pressure of the filling system. The aim was also to determine device requirements for ergonomics, the possible shortcomings in terms of security and finally verify the technological possibilities of production of individual elements.
