Abstract

Sotware pro zpracování a filtraci signálu PPG. Umožňuje detekci tepu, výpočet HRV a sledování vývoje KT v periférii. Softvare uravuje a filtruje hlavní linii a umožnuje sledování rychlých změn prokrvení periférie. Realizováno v MATLAB 2009b software. Software byl použit pro studii reakce biologických signálů na optickou stimulaci ve spolupráci se společností GFK.

Abstract in English

Sotware for processing and filtering PPG signal. Allows the detection of hart rate, the calculation of HRV and BP monitoring developments in the periphery. Software set and filter main line and allows you to monitor rapid changes in peripheral blood flow. Implemented in MATLAB 2009b software. Software was used for the study of biological response to optical stimulation in cooperation with GFK.
