Cílem příspěvku je dokázat, že na regionální konkurenceschopnost mají vliv především lidské zdroje. Důkaz je proveden na rozkladu matematického modelu na produktivitu a zaměstnanost. Dílčím cílem je literární rešerše vědeckých a odborných článků týkajících se konkurenceschopnosti firem a její provázaností s regionální konkurenceschopností (ať již na úrovni kraje či státu). V příspěvku je objasněn samotný pojem (protože z podstaty obsahu nevyplývá, jak moc je podnik na trhu úspěšný; pouze nám oznamuje to, že je podnik tak dobrý, že na daném trhu může soutěžit), jaký je rozdíl mezi podnikovou a regionální konkurenceschopností a jaké faktory na ni mají vliv i některé přístupy k jejímu hodnocení. Metodami, které byly použity, jsou rozklad matematického modelu a literární rešerše. V modelu jsou použita sekundární data zveřejněná na stránkách Českého statistického úřadu. Závěrem příspěvku je, že analýzu regionální konkurenceschopnosti lze provádět i prostřednictvím rozkladu matematického modelu na produktivitu a zaměstnanost.

Aim is to prove that the contribution to regional competitiveness, in particular, affect human resources. The proof is made on the decomposition of the mathematical model on productivity and employment. The partial order is a literary research of the scientific and technical articles relating to the competitiveness of companies and its interconnections with regional competitiveness (whether at the level of region or State). In the contribution of the concept itself is clear (because of the nature of the content does not imply, how much the company is to market successful; only us announces that the company is so good that on a given market may compete), what is the difference between the corporate and regional competitiveness and what factors have an influence on some of the approaches to the evaluation. The methods that were used, the degradation of the mathematical model and literary research. In the model are used secondary data published on the website of the Czech Statistical Office. In conclusion, the benefit is that you can carry out the analysis of regional competitiveness through decomposition of the mathematical model on productivity and employment.
