It is a device which allows measuring of a surface thermal field of the working rolls at a rolling mill after finishing of a rolling campaign. This device uses some special developed magnetic thermal sensors. The sensors can be set for different diameters of the rolls and they can be located in any positions breadthwise on the roll. For recording the temperatures it is used a battery powered data logger.
