Original Abstract

Digital simulation of audio transformers based on an approximation of differential equations is discussed in this paper. A simplified model of the audio transformer without leakage inductance is designed. The model is described using nonlinear differential equations and state-space approach with memoryless nonlinearity. The transformer core is modeled by Jiles-Atherton and Frohlich models. The whole system is approximated in order to reduce computational complexity.
