Original Abstract

In this study, we used PCR fingerprinting method for identification of Saccharomyces genus. In order to species identification, we used and compared 3 microsatelite primers (GTG)5, (GAG)5, (GAC)5 and M13 phage. We identified 40 different collection yeast strains of Saccharomyces genus (from Collection of Yeasts Bratislava CCY) and yeasts isolated from South Moravian musts. We have chosen 2 regions (Velké Pavlovice and Ivaň) and 3 various musts production; conventional, ecological and integrated. Together, we characterized 82 wine yeasts of Saccharomyces genus.
