Abstract

Program pro registraci OCT B-skenů na fundus snímek - možňuje nalezení pozice B-skenu ve fundus snímku. Součástí programu je předregistrace pomocí snímku SLO, která slouží k určení zájmové oblasti fungus snímku, dále pak detekce cév z B-skenů i fundus snímku, poslední částí programu je samotné vyhledávání pozice B-skenu.

Abstract in English

Programme for registration of OCT B-scans on fundus image - enables to find the position of B-scan in fundus image. The programme includes a pre-registration using the SLO image for determining area of interest in fundus image, then the detection of blood vessels in B-scans and the fundus image, last part of the programme is the search of position of B-scans itself.
