Original Abstract

Cílem technického řešení je nový experimentální box umožňující svou konstrukcí, vybavením a regulačními prvky namodelovat a zajistit úzce definované podmínky prostředí z hlediska abiotických faktorů, jako je teplota prostředí, relativní vlhkost vzduchu, proudění vzduchu, světelné podmínky, které jsou ve většině běžných chovatelských, ale často i experimentálních stájích kolísající a jsou ovlivněny celou řadou nepodchycených, či těžko kontrolovatelných faktorů, které pak zanáší do prováděných experimentů chyby. Tento nedostatek popisovaný experimentální box, významně, či zcela eliminuje.

English abstract

The aim of the technical solution is to introduce a new experimental box which through its design, equipment and regulation components enables to model and ensure narrowly defined conditions with respect to abiotic factors (ambient temperature, relative humidity, air flow, light conditions) that are in most breeding and experimental barns fluctuating and influenced by wide range of hardly controllable factors. These factors bring to conducting experiments errors. This imperfection is significantly or completely eliminated by the mentioned experimental box.
