Abstract

PlugIn for Smooth Muscle layer images processing in studying Diverticular disease. This Plugin is designed for ImageJ software in Java language. It can automatically find cell nuclei in internal circular and external longitudinal layer and count them. The result can be manually supervised. This tool can calculate cell nuclei density in several images (regions of interest) and make a basic statistics.
