PlugIn for Myenteric Plexus Ganglia images processing in studying Diverticular disease. This Plugin is designed for ImageJ software in Java language. It can automatically find ganglia in the image and count neurons or glial cells inside the ganglia. The result can be manually supervised. This tool can calculate glial cells and neurons density in ganglia and make a basic statistics in the case of multiple ganglia occurance in th image.
