Original Abstract

We present a new application of complex wavelet filters for denoising of ECG signal. The comparison with the real Daubechies wavelet and biorthogonal wavelets is made in case of discrete wavelet transform (DWT) without decimation. The denoising result is promising and shows the feasibility of these kinds of wavelets.
