Original Abstract

A current mode quadrature oscillator consisting of two CDTA (Current Differencing Transconductance Amplifier) -based integrators is introduced. The oscillation frequency can be made adjustable by internal transconductances of active elements without affecting the oscillation condition. Three methods of stabilizing the oscillation amplitude are proposed. PSpice simulations are preformed, which verify the circuit performance.
