Original Abstract
Transmitted-lifht holographic microscope is an interference microscope with separated object and reference arm. The hologram is captured by a CCD camera and numerically reconstructed in a real time. The image phase is exctracted in addition to the image intensity that is depth discriminated. It means that the light scattered by a specimen takes part in the imaging process only if it is scattered in the vicinity of the object plane.
