Original Abstract
In the article, the method for noise reduction via thresholding of discrete Fourier transform coefficients is proposed. The most common sound artifact, a musical tonal noise is presented and a system for identification and suppression of this musical tonal noise is introduced. In conclusion, the both the thresholding methods and the system for identification and suppression of musical tonal noise are tested.
