Original Abstract

The contribution deals with microstrip lines deposited on a segmented substrate in various forms. Under the quasi-TEM assumption, the conformal mapping method is used to obtain analytical relations for the filling factor and the effective permittivity of various types of such microstrip lines, and also for their dispersion characteristics. The obtained results are compared with available data of other authors.
