Original Abstract

fMRI is a neuroimaging method used in brain mapping and neurosciences. The human brain is scanned repeatedly while an experimental brain stimulations is performed. A modulation of amplitude (along the time dimension) in specific region of interest is caused by experimentally induced neurophysiological processes, noise and artifacts. The aim of this work is to simulate this process.
