Original Abstract

Startups operate in markets where uncertainty is high. It is for this reason that they must constantly adapt their business model (BM) to the needs and requirements of their stakeholders. A startup's main goal is therefore to find a business model that can generate value for its customers and at the same time is effectively captured by the startup. This is why one of the issues addressed in the literature is the question of startup success. This paper is a systematic review and comparison of different models to determine the success of startups. It provides insights into methods for managing innovation in startups and identifies potential gaps. We conclude by discussing possible further directions of scientific research that could enrich knowledge in this area.
