Original Abstract

The influence of globalization on business leadership and project management has been replaced by the influence of global pandemic. Although COVID-19 is a cause of slowdown in globalization, the tendency to remote or online collaboration is even higher due to this effect. This article is focused on identification and description of tools and approaches of managers to allow them to lead their teams remotely more smoothly. The study is based on literature review and subsequent search for suitable tools and methods. As a result of the research, appropriate applications and techniques are identified as a helpful set for managers dealing with the situation during and after the pandemic period. These recommendations shall lead to maintaining efficiency, performance, business relations and corporate culture. There is no doubt the situation does not return to its original state and the companies that will successfully manage the transformation will get a significant competitive advantage
