Original Abstract

these monitoring systems, additional aggregation functions are necessary to provide the user with aggregated information, based on which it is possible to identify the state of the system, place, degree or risk of voltage quality or operation in the monitored system, even without the need for immediate analysis of all records. Such aggregate superstructure functions will enable fast and high-quality decision-making by the relevant operational and development workers, or even the management of distribution system operators. Another goal of this aggregation task is to provide the user with significantly higher data yield, especially in cases of interconnection of voltage quality monitoring with external systems describing the operating states of the distribution system. This interconnection makes it possible to determine the degree of condition of the system in the form of representative indices over time, for given places and in terms of included indicators. The technical report describes the nature, logic and mechanisms of input data processing, with elements of fuzzy logic, and aggregation, with the analysis of aggregation rules. Documented and tested algorithms are suitable for off-line summary analysis and indication of system condition in real time with a focus on voltage quality indicators including continuous phenomena and voltage events. The developed method of evaluating the severity of the condition from the input data with the aggregation of partial condition indices is compatible with both voltage quality indicators and system load indicators. Algorithms and procedures were tested on an artificially produced data set for behavior identification in extreme cases, as well as on data files from real measurements by voltage quality analyzers and on files from a pilot project for the use of smart meters in the LV network. The technical report is also a guide for the software application.
