Aparát, který na základě matematického modelu vyhodnocuje stáří a stav použitého akumulátoru a určuje vhodnost na daný typ aplikace. Aparát také predikuje další stárnutí akumulátoru během následujících cyklů a tím se dá určit přibližná provozní doba úložiště vytvořeného z daných akumulátorů.

An apparatus, based on a mathematical model, evaluates the age and condition of a used battery and determines its suitability for a given type of application. The apparatus also predicts further aging of the battery during subsequent cycles, and thus the approximate operating time of the storage created from the given batteries can be determined.
