Technické řešení zkušební formy je určeno pro oblast testování tmeleného/lepeného spoje, jež je vystaven dynamickým tvarovým změnám (expanzním pohybům). Forma umožňuje výrobu zkušebních vzorků tzv. reálného spoje. Jedná se o provedení, které dovoluje výrobu zkušebních vzorků v poloze, v níž se nacházejí i v reálném konstrukčním řešení. To znamená, že zkušební těleso obsahuje tmel/lepidlo nanesený způsobem odpovídajícím skutečné aplikaci. Dále je možné vyrobit i zkušební vzorky v alternativní poloze uložení. Forma umožňuje výrobu variabilní tloušťky a šířky reálného spoje. Formu na výrobu vzorků je možné jednoduše přenést do exteriéru a vyrobit vzorky v reálném prostředí.

The technical solution of the test mould is designed for the field of sealed/ bonded joint testing, which is exposed to dynamic shape changes (expansion movements). The mould allows the production of samples of the so-called real joint. This is an embodiment that allows the production of test specimens in a position where they are also in a real design solution. Furthermore, it is possible to produce test specimens in the alternate position of the mould. The mould allows the production of variable thickness and width of the real joint. The specimen form can be simply transported to the exterior and samples can be produced in real environment.
