Original Abstract

Tento článek se zaměřuje na koncepci Balanced Scorecard a systémy operativního řízení, které byly minulých letech pod vlivem myšlenek týkajících se „Shareholder Value“ příp. hodnotové orientace. Popisuje metody hodnotově orientovaného vedení podniku a jeho nástroje. V závěru popisuje výhody spojení přístupu Shareholder Value a koncepce Balanced Scorecard.

English abstract

This article is intented on the Balanced Scorecard approach and operative management systems which were under the influence of thoughts of „Shareholder Value“, eventually value orientation in the past years. It describes the methods of value oriented company management and its instruments. The advanteges of connection between Shareholder Value approach and Balanced Scorecard concept are described at the end.
