Je všeobecne známe, že nehmotné aktíva v súčasnosti predstavujú rozhodujúci faktor pre rozvoj podnikania, pomáhajú podnikom odlíšiť sa od ostatných a obstáť v silnom konkurenčnom prostredí. Podniky sa často potýkajú s potrebou ich ocenenia. Tento príspevok sa zaoberá sekundárnym výskumom v oblasti oceňovania nehmotných aktív, všeobecne popisuje základné prístpy k oceňovaniu a zhodnocuje ich klady a zápory.

It is widely known that the intangible assets represent a decisive factor for the development of the business nowdays, help businesses differentiate themselves from each other and stand up to the strong competitive environment. Businesses often face the need for their evaluation. This paper deals with secondary research in the field of valuation of intangible assets, generally describes the basic measurement techniques and evaluate their advantages and disadvantages
