Úspěšný podnik má jisté vlastnosti, které ho dotváří navenek. Pro český podnik jsou tyto atributy jiné než např. pro japonský podnik. Vše je totiž odvislé od lidské mentality, a ta je, jak známo, všude jiná. V následujícím textu budeme diskutovat atributy, které by podle nás měl mít podnik, který chce být úspěšný v České republice.

English abstract

Every successful enterprise has certain properties which complete it outwardly. These attributes are other ones for a Czech enterprise than e. g. for a Japanese enterprise. The reason is that everything is dependent on human mentality and human mentality is different everywhere, as it is well known. The following text will discuss the attributes which the enterprise should have according to the authors, if this enterprise wants to be successful in the Czech Republic.
