Original Abstract
This paper builds on Special Track No. 7 Intellectual Capital Knowledge Management Practices and Value Creation in Different Countries and Regions and deals with the implementation of knowledge management in Czech industrial enterprises. The paper consists of three consecutive parts – the first part presents results of research focused on the usage of knowledge management in Czech enterprises, the second consecutive part is dedicated to knowledge, which is used in the complex production process in a high-end industrial enterprise. The last part of the paper is dedicated to the usage of value management as one of the most effective methods of using intellectual capital in innovative business processes.
