Original Abstract

By changing the Fullerene(C60) concentration in zinc-phthalocyanine (ZnPhTc)-C60 composite active layers, as well as the architecture of the organic photovoltaic (OPV), the short current was estimated. We suggest that the blurred interlayer boundaries lead to an enhanced moving the holes and the electrons to the electrodes - ITO and Al respectively. So, we suggest that the discussed possible interactions and processes at the interfaces are obviously essential prerequisites for the improving functional parameters of the OPV.
