On the project
This project aims to innovate UV light manipulation by developing full-space metalens using hybrid dielectric-metallic (HfO2 and Al) nanostructures. Such a metalens will operate both in reflection and transmission simultaneously, yet independently, enhancing the efficiency of such a device. It addresses challenges in precise UV light control, allowing for implementation in on-chip devices used in the optical industry, such as a controlling device for laser stability, on-chip UV photodetectors and UV LiDAR systems.
