The project aims is to develop new equipment for new method of thermic sanitation of seeds of field and horticulture species as an alternative to chemical seed treatment. Legumes are still an underrepresented crop in cropping practices, although the cultivation of these crops is greatly supported by the state. It is not possible to use pesticides at all in organic farming and the subsidy title so-called greening. Even conventional agriculture is still struggling with the loss of active ingredients and thus with a smaller range of pesticides for plant treatment. The use of thermal treatment can also be predicted for seeds used for food, especially from the point of view of eliminating unwanted surface microflora.
