On the project
Input data for calculation of absorption coefficients as a function of arbitrary radiation frequency for the plasma temperatures of 300 K to 40 000 K with the step of 100 K and the pressure of 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 bar, respectively, for the following plasma mixtures: 1) Pure C3F8O 2) Pure C3F6O 3) Pure NF3O 4) C3F8O/CO2 - (70%/30%) mole ratio 5) C3F8O/CO2 - (50%/50%) mole ratio 6) C3F8O/CO2 - (30%/70%) mole ratio 7) C3F6O/CO2 - (70%/30%) mole ratio 8) C3F6O/CO2 - (50%/50%) mole ratio 9) C3F6O/CO2 - (30%/70%) mole ratio 10) NF3O/CO2 - (70%/30%) mole ratio 11) NF3O/CO2 - (50%/50%) mole ratio 12) NF3O/CO2 - (30%/70%) mole ratio
