Publishing in Open Access mode at Wiley

• Brno University of Technology subscribes to Wiley journals, so corresponding authors can use free publication of a limited number of articles (using tokens) in Open Access mode
• Eligible journals: hybrid titles
• Publication type: article, review, research article, review article, original article
• Process: when submitting an article (submission), it is important to choose a Responsible Corresponding Author, who must be from the BUT. In the Confirm/Enter Institutional Affiliation section it is necessary to confirm the affiliation. The author will know the eligibility of the request from the display of the text Article is eligible for Open Access through your institution at no fee. Next, in the Open Access option section it is necessary to confirm Yes, make my article open access and in the License Aggreement Types section select the desired license (we recommend CC BY). After signing the publication agreement, the Central Library will decide whether the article meets the formal requirements (article type, journal quartile). In case of rejection, the author is contacted by the publisher whether the article will be published traditionally or if the APC fee from publishing in OA mode will be paid
