On the project
Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is widely used in biomedicine for its biocompatibility, but its opacity limits traditional imaging methods like THM and DIC. Reflective Holographic Microscopy (RHM) overcomes this by analyzing reflected light, enabling high-resolution, real-time imaging of cell behavior on ceramics. This non-invasive technique provides valuable insights into cell adhesion, proliferation, and morphology without staining, advancing biomaterial research.
